Return Policy

At Faith Art, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

📩 How to Start a Return

  • Approval: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • International Orders: If your country of residence is not the United States, please note that shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

⚠️ Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

  • Sale items and gift cards.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

🔄 Exchanges and Refunds

  • Exchanges: The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, provided the item is in its original condition.

  • Refund Process: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
